public inquiry
 

There was a public inquiry as a result of the appeal by the Tweedales against the Enforecement Notice placed on them by the Forset of Dean District Council. The public inquiry was in Coleford over three days (29 and 30 November, 22 December). You can read the papers which were submitted to the inquiry here. The Tweedale's asked for costs to be awarded against the Forest of Dean DC. Here is the Inspector's decision (he rejected the request).
